  First off I have been coming here for about 4 years now. I love their Carne Asada here and it always brings me back. Their carne asada burrito is my favorite in Pomona! I tend to come here at least once a week. Also I tried their bacon breakfast burrito randomly one day a month ago and wow was it good!
  
  Ps their green salsa is amazing!!! :) thank you Angeles for the good asada!

  Omg! This place or I should say "Junior " the manager at least he stated he was that.
  Me and my Fiancé went there late night last wk on our way home from L.A.  Mind you we don't live close to this place. So it's out of our way.  We don't go all the time here. Only when it's convenient.
  we ordered 2 orders of chicken Taquitos and when we got home it turned out they were beef.
  So I called and spoke with Junior and he understood and added he will take care of it  NO problem. We explained we don't live close and I will give him a call when I'm ready to pick up my order.
  He said ok and  he put a note so if he wasn't there then the other workers will know so everything was good.  Today I give him a call and all of a sudden he has amnesia don't remember.  
  He ONLY gave me 1 order and didn't want to accommodate for the 2nd order he was rude, hung up on me.  Lied, Told my fiancé that a Junior left, when he was junior.  WTF. Omg! I can't believe how unprofessional he was over an order.  Like it was goin to break the bank. I understand that it's a lil hole in the wall but I did pay my money for food that i was dissatisfied with.  We had to throw our food away when he didn't get the order right.
  Junior is Rude, disrespectful.
  Disgusting as a manager.  How rude he was.  
  It's an inconvenient for us to keep goin back and forth instead of him just accommodating us he says to bring the receipt WTH... and come in the morning and speak with the owners.. "stupid "
  Really!!  I'm irritated and pissed on how he acted.
  He ruined my meal again.  
  This company is a Rip off..
  NOT TO MENTION THERE A DIRTY LIL HOLE IN THE WALL.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN..,
  Be sure to check your order before you leave.
  Junior won't accommodate and will take your $$$.

  Total A*$hole working the drive thru tonight. Pulled up and there was absolutely no one inside or in the drive thru. Drove up to order and should have known the dude had an attitude problem when he asked can I help you with a rude tone. Ordered half of the order and paused because I wasn't getting any response..All I heard was dead air..so I asked are you there? The jerk says yeah..what else do you want? I ordered the rest of the order and then here comes the uncomfortable pause again...at this point I'm thinking..ok..did he hear what I ordered or what? So I ask..ummm are you going to give me the total or do you want me to drive to the window..what do you want me to do? This mother f-er says..what are you supposed to do after you order? Uhhhh..come again? He repeats what are you supposed to do after you order..talking like he is pissed off at the world..told him F#$k you and took off. Hey bro, its not my fault you hate your fricken job..you're probably the type of person that will drop food on the floor and still pick it up and sell it. Thank you for confirming that you don't deserve my business. It sucks reading some of these previous reviews that this has been going on for awhile and it's not being corrected. Owners that don't take care of their business properly shouldn't be in business! Good luck at staying afloat when you have people working for you that are driving your customers away!

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude and confrontational staff. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I would never recommend it. The staff literally tried to start a fight with us.

  My sister and I came here for dinner on a Sunday around 5pm. We were the only car in the drive thru, which was surprising because there's usually 2-3 other cars waiting.
  
  I got the 2 carne asada taco combo and my sister got an order of the super fries. Our total came to about $19. We pulled up to the window and the man taking our order did not greet us, he just told us the total and waited for payment. The is usual customer service here, so I didn't mind it. Our food was given to us a few minutes later.
  
  My combo was good, not great. The tortillas were a bit soggy, but at the same time they had a bite to them. I wasn't really sure if they were supposed to be crunchy or soft. There was a good amount of meat and guac, which I appreciated. The beans were normal and so was the rice.
  
  For my sister's food, the fries were a bit soggy and she said that there were not enough toppings on the super fries. The serving was very big and she did not finish it.
  
  Overall, food is decent, so we'll probably be back soon, but it won't be my first choice for Mexican food.
